As one of the major powers, you can recruit minor countries or conquer any country standing in your way to victory.

IMPROVEMENTS
Fix bug stopping the USA from invading Europe. USA and Brazil will now invade into Europe and elsewhere.
Fix another bug stopping some nations from building fleets, like Brazil and USSR
You can now help buy allied (basic) troops in allied lands, and also help build up Allied forts.
Fix another bug where in some instances nations only build troops.
Ai armies now look further afield for potential enemies.
Balance 'Europe 1939' scenario. USSR can now be selected.
Planes are now more effective at targeting and destroying artillery and tanks.
Heavy Weapons are also better at targeting airplanes.
Another music choice added to the menu.
Much more credits given for each scenario victory.
